INTRODUCTION

If the Cash Balance in a Dormant Account remains unclaimed for a period of six months any sums contained therein shall be forfeited to the Casino. We may refuse to register you as a Player or elect to deregister and exclude you or suspend you as a Player from the Casino at any time if we deem that your participation at the Casino is, shall be or has been previously, in anyway fraudulent, illegal or that your participation is or has been abusive or irregular in any way.
PRIZES, WINNINGS & BANKING
The casino reserves the right to request documentation for the purpose of identity verification prior to granting any deposits with or withdrawals from the player's casino account. Any deposit made by the Player must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be requested, unless otherwise noted. It is our goal to pay approved payments within 48 hours. This time frame can vary due to processor availability but we will always do everything in our power to pay our players as fast as possible so you can get your winnings quickly and easily. Because of our high bonus structure our casino is often the target of abusive players, For this reason that we require an approval period of approximately 1-3 business days on most withdrawals. For accounts that require further investigation longer approval times may occur. For VIP's and loyal players these times can be significantly reduced. The minimum withdrawal amount at the casino is $50 (€, £, Rx10). Any winnings derived from a deposit of $25-99 (€, £, Rx10), are limited to a maximum withdrawal of 10 times the deposit. In situations of extraordinary circumstances, the Casino reserves the right to forgo the withdrawal limit. Winnings derived from a deposit of $100 (€, £, Rx10) or greater, are not bound by the above withdrawal limit. Increased VIP level comes with a number of advantages such as decreased wagering requirements on all promotions, increased bet size allowances and increased monthly max cashout limits. For example, a player is permitted to withdraw a maximum of $500 per week for a total of $2000 USD of their winnings per month, but this limit can be increased or removed completely based on VIP level or if agreed upon by your account manager. Players maintain sole responsibility for any and all processing fees on withdrawals. Winnings can and will be void if the winning player's account is linked to another account which has unrecovered chargebacks. Any balance or pending cashout during such cancellations may be credited to you, however, the casino reserves the right to confiscate any balance or pending cashout for the following reasons:
